My life is devoted to practicing yoga, and wellbeing. Through 25+ years of practicing, teaching classes and teacher trainings all over the world, I want to share with you my secrets, and my daily routines, to advance you quickly to your next level.   • After Work Flow

    This Slow Flow is a beautiful feel-good practice. It’s stretchy, strengthening and only 30 minutes! We breathe and open the body for a clean, smooth flow practice. A peaceful, yoga movement class for after work!

    This 30-minute flow will stretch your limbs and internal body, while keeping a constant flow. We will practice some flowy hip openers,oblique stretches, pumping psoas openers, and heart openers. I throw in a few back bends to get the front body length. Enjoy this full body stretch class!
